Direct Mail Package Deals to make your mailing a success

We offer seven standard mailing and printing packages - with all-in guide prices, to give you an idea what your mailing will cost. All packages include the use of our Royal Mail Postage Licence Number and the use of our own PO Box address for returns. These package prices INCLUDE the postage costs.

Package A - A4 letter into a DL envelope
Direct mail packages at low prices We supply suitable consumer data to your desired profile, then design, litho print, then laser address, an A4 full colour single sided letter, fold it to 1/3rd A4 size and insert into standard Mailsort 3 DL sized mailing wallets (envelopes), seal and despatch via Royal Mail Mailsort 3 service. Extra items, such as leaflets, questionnaires or reply elements can be incorporated into the mailing at a slightly extra cost.

What's included in Package A?
Supplying suitable consumer data, (selected according to your own desired profile), studio design of your letter from your wording, litho printing your letter in full colour, one side on laser compatible 100gsm white paper, laser personalising each letter with the name, address and salutation, folding to 1/3rd A4, supplying DL size envelopes pre-printed with our Printed Postage Impression and PO Box return address, insertion into the envelopes and Royal Mail Mailsort 3 postage up to 60 grams.

Package B - A4 letter into a C5 envelope.

We supply suitable consumer data to your desired profile, then design, litho print, then laser address, an A4 full colour letter, fold it to size and insert into standard Mailsort 3 C5 sized mailing wallets (envelopes), seal and despatch via Royal Mail Mailsort 3 service. Extra items, such as leaflets, questionnaires or reply elements can be incorporated into the mailing at a slightly extra cost.

What's included in Package B?
Supplying suitable consumer data, (selected according to your own desired profile), studio design of your letter from your wording, litho printing your letter in full colour, one side on laser compatible 100gsm white paper, laser personalising each letter with the name, address and salutation, folding to half A4, supplying C5 size envelopes pre-printed with our Printed Postage Impression and PO Box return address, insertion into the envelopes and Royal Mail Mailsort 3 postage up to 60 grams.

Package D - Lasering onto your own A4 letterhead into a C4 envelope.
Direct mail packages at low prices

We supply suitable consumer* data (to your own desired profile), then laser the names, addresses, salutation and letter body onto your own (supplied) letterheads. We then insert into standard Mailsort 3 C4 sized mailing wallets (envelopes) with one of your supplied A4 inserts such as a questionnaire, leaflet or form, seal and despatch via Royal Mail Mailsort 3 service. Extra items, such as extra leaflets, questionnaires or reply elements can be incorporated into the mailing at slightly extra cost.

What's included in Package D?
Supplying suitable consumer* data, (selected according to your own desired profile), laser personalising each letter with the name, address, salutation and letter body in black, supplying C4 size envelopes pre-printed with our Printed Postage Impression and PO Box return address, insertion of your letter and extra insert into the envelopes and Royal Mail Mailsort 3 postage up to 60 grams.

Package E - Your own A4 letter and insert into a C5 printed envelope.
Direct mail packages at low prices

We produce C5 window outer envelope, printed with a postage impression and a return address. We then laser print the name and address details and body copy from your supplied file onto your own letterheads. We then fold and insert your letter and supplied questionnaire or leaflet into the C5 envelope and despatch via Royal Mail Mailsort 3. Extra items, such as extra leaflets, questionnaires or reply elements can be incorporated into the mailing at slightly extra cost.

What's included in Package E?
Layout, litho printing and supplying the C5 mailing wallets, laser printing your name, address, salutation and body copy onto your own letterheads in black, folding the letter to A5, folding your insert to A5 if required, inserting both items into the envelope and Royal Mail Mailsort 3 postage up to 60 grams.

Package F - Sending an A6 post card to your choice of consumer

Package G - Inserting one item with our carrier sheet into clear polythene.
Direct mail packages at low prices

We produce an individually addressed, black and white lasered carrier sheet on 80gsm white bond, from your supplied address data list, then wrap and seal your one item, with the individually addressed carrier sheet, in clear polythene. We then despatch via Royal Mail Mailsort 3 up to a weight of 60grams.

What's included in Package G?
Lasering an 80gsm white bond carrier sheet in black, with your supplied data and a suitable PPI. Inserting your supplied magazine/questionnaire or brochure with the lasered carrier sheet (two items in total) into clear polythene and despatching via Royal Mail Mailsort 3 (up to 60 grams).

Extras and Reductions on above packages
Packages A, B, C, and F INCLUDE the cost of data. The DATA element of the cost (see below) can be REMOVED from the cost of packages A, B, C and F if you supply your own data.

Packages D, E and G DO NOT include the cost of data, therefore a DATA cost needs to be ADDED to packages D, E and G if your DO NOT supply your own data.

Extra Inserts
Extra items supplied by the client can be inserted into the above packages at an extra cost of £2.00 (plus VAT) per 1000. Alternatively, we can design and print any extra items that you may require, such as leaflets, questionnaires, reply cards at a very reasonable price. Please ask for a quote.
